Dr. Gordon O’Brien and Vuyisile Dlamini are lecturers at the University of Mpumalanga and train >500 undergraduate students annually in Nature Conservation Diploma and Environmental Management Bachelor of Science courses.
All of the of ROL specialists contribute to the training of post-graduate students at UMP and UKZN with specialisations in Ecology, Environmental Management, Zoology and Agriculture & Fisheries at these internationally recognized universities.
We also support many community engagement outreach programmes with stakeholders in the region and Africa including representing Africa in the World Fish Migration Foundation and numerous conservation activities in the region.
All members of the team also enjoy in partaking in outreach activities, school events, presentations and public talks.
